Self Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
Customers who choose self pick-up and drop-off are fully responsible for the safe transportation and handling of the rented equipment. Halton Event Rentals cannot be held liable for any damage to the customer's vehicle, loss, theft, or personal injury that occurs during transportation or handling.
Delivery and Setup:
While we take utmost care during delivery, Halton Event Rentals cannot be held liable for any damages to the customer's property (including driveways, lawns, or interior flooring) resulting from the delivery or setup of equipment, including high-peak or pop-up tents. Once equipment is set up at the agreed location, the customer assumes full responsibility for its care.
Improper Use & Specific Hazards:
Halton Event Rentals provides equipment in good working condition. We are not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses arising from improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.
Concession Machines:
For popcorn, cotton candy, coffee urns, and chafing dishes, the customer assumes all risk regarding high temperatures, electrical heating elements, and food hygiene. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Tents:
Tents are temporary structures and must be evacuated during severe weather, high winds, or lightning. Halton Event Rentals is not liable for injuries or damage caused by weather-related tent failure.
Video & Audio:
We are not liable for technical incompatibilities with third-party devices or for the "loss of use" of an event due to equipment failure.

Ensure proper cable management (taping down wires for projectors/speakers) to prevent tripping hazards.
Assume full responsibility for the safety and proper use of the rented equipment for the duration of the rental period.
